This project is aimed at building a multi-functional object with functional civic amenities and housing. The area will include a communal garden with landscaping and children’s playground for the residents. The object itself will consist of 48 flats and 63 suites. The project is a place for great living for families and young people, also thanks to its excellent transport accessibility.
